My computer is not picking up my phone its connected by USB

I'm using my Galaxy 3; I recently updated to Windows 10 and my phone is not being picked up by my computer. I have NFC, S Beam Nearby devices all turned on, Bluetooth and WiFi turned on, but it's not working. Under Bluetooth my phone is showing that it's paired with my computer.
