I received my phone on November 2nd from T-mobile . I cracked my phone just a week ago. Now I've been told that I must file a claim and pay a $50 deductible and they will overnight me a new phone. I have the LG K10. Is this my only option at this point or is there something else I can do to avoid paying $50 for phone I just paid 120 for a couple weeks Ago? Thank you. P. S Does T-mobile do screen repairs or will it cost the same if not more?
