Stock Android music player won't play music videos?

I've put all my music files from iTunes into my music folder on my Samsung s6 edge, but none of the music videos will play, not even the audio, like they did on my iPod. I've found my music videos in my photo gallery and my stock video app, which I get the video app, but photo gallery? Can I remove them from there? Is there something I can do to move them from my photo gallery to my music player? Or a better app I can use? Because I want all my music to shuffle and I miss those songs. And having music videos in my photo gallery is just dumb.
