cant connect to google servers

i have two tablets that was working perfectly and now i cant access google servers on either of them it is as though the same thing happened to the both at the same time. i have factory reset both devices i have gone through the setups and still the same. I keep getting error messages like Google server information missing gmail and play store cannot run without it does anybody know how to help me with this please.

Hi, so when you factory reset the devices did you complete the initial set up (entering your Gmail add and password etc) if so did the tablets then start up with error messages?
