I have a LG L31 (ACCESS) phone and bottom right inch doesn't respond

I have to alternate between front view and side view just to get something typed out. The bottom half inch square of the screen does nothing. Phone is 4 months old and hasn't been physically damaged. New SIM card didn't help. Straighttalk ATT service

Hi, it won't be the sim card - it'll be more likely an issue with the screen. If it's only 4 months old, take it back to where you bought it from and ask for a new one.
