Android Device Manager won't detect my OP2

[AC Question]

So I recently upgraded to a oneplus 2, and it won't show up in Android Device Manager. I saw another post over this and tried everything out, but it still didn't work. I went to google settings and made sure allow ADM to find and locate my phone, checked device administrators, and checked the google play settings, but it still won't show up. I have also tried using multiple devices and it still never showed up, and when I open the app on my phone, there is just a loading circle below the map.
