Is it okay to have battery saver on all the time?

I'm asking this because my battery drains quite quickly, and it is starting to irritate me. I have probably tried everything to stop my battery from draining so fast, but if you guys have any suggestions then please feel free to comment them down below.
Anyways, is it okay to use battery saver all the time? Or is it just slowly ruining your phone?

Which battery saver do you mean? The setting in the stock Battery app? That is not intended to be used all the time, since it limits some functions.

It would help us to diagnose any problems if you charge to 100%, use the phone normally for the day, then post screenshots of your battery usage stats, and also of your Awakes and Signal history, shown when you tap the battery graph to expand it.
