How do I stop the Samsung enhanced features pop up?

Last year there was a pop up similar to the one I'm receiving now but I followed the steps to get rid of that previous pop up (go into contacts>my profile>profile sharing>registered information>de-register) and it worked. Now I'm getting a message asking me to agree to Terms and Conditions and Samsung Privacy policy enabling enhanced features. I can't stop it from popping up every time I use my phone no matter how many times I click cancel.

Try using package disabler pro to disable the package causing the pop up
