why wont my moto x 1st gen turn on, or charge.

my battery got low and my moto x shut itself off. Then when i tryed to turn it on it looked like it was gonna turn on then when to android activating 1-94 took forever then turned itself back off after hitting page 94. Then repeated this over and over for 5 hours straight while plugged into charger. Just wont get past that and black screen again and now wont charge past 5%. i tryed factory reboot and it just turns off then back on through the whole earth spin white screen like it gonna turn on then after that screen goes black now wont even go through android activation screen is there anything i can do.
