I am with a regional carrier here in VA (Ntelos). We have been bought out by Shentel which is Sprint. I have the option of migrating to Sprint and will have to turn in our phones and pick new ones. I have been looking at the G4 which is in the price range I want at 15.00 a month but Sprint is offering G5 at BOGO (24.00 a month) which would make 2 phones 12.00 a month. But some of the reviews of the G5 (not user comments) have me a little wary whereas the G4 reviews were phenomenal. I currently have 2 first gen moto x's and one 2nd gen moto x. Also do the G4 and G5 have a do not disturb option? I sleep during the day for work sometimes and like to only have favorites call me with no repeat ring.

    Thanks for any help.

I would go for the G5, the G4 has a pretty common problem (you can find a big thread in these forums about its bootloader issue). Both phones have DND, it is baked into the Android software.

The G4 is still a very good device. Display is great, quality is good - it's a good phone overall. The G5 is obviously awesome, but you would still be getting a great deal and a great phone if you get the G5's predecessor.
