Cannot initiate speaker whilst in a call from PC

Hi,

I use some software called Call Center to make and answer calls using my Android Moto G. The ability for Call Center to turn on the speaker whilst in a call has stopped working, and I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a new feature of Androind somewhere to stop this? It was working fine up until a week ago. Call Center can still make and receive calls.

Apologies everyone, forgot to mention that Call Center is running on my PC (Windows 7) and is an interface to make and receive phone calls and texts.
My phone has the latest version of Android running on it.

Welcome to Android Central! How does Call Center interface with the phone--is there a Call Center app on the phone as well? Which Moto G version do you have, and which Android version is it on? If you have Marshmallow, and if there is a Call Center app installed, then go to Settings>Apps, tap Call Center, then Permissions, and make sure the app has the proper permissions set.
