Google crashes

[AC Question]

Hi Guys,
Well, I´m pretty desperate. It starts 2 months ago that a lot of apps crashing when I try to run it. I did a hard reset of the HTC one M8, but now after initializing and downloading android the google app crashes. So I'm now at this point that I can't login to my google account or anything. Thanks in advance !!

Try uninstalling and reisntalling the Google app.
Also, go into "Settings" the "Apps."
Find Google Play Services and clear the cache and data.
Reboot and see how it does.

Unfortunately, this isn´t possible. I did the hard reset so its downloading android, initializing, set up the internet access, but now when its asking " Have another device" answers: copy google accounts or No, thanks , the error message appears. In conclusion I cant even start the phone completely

The firmware might be corrupt. You could try reinstalling the firmware: ROM Downloads for your HTC smartphone - Support | HTC United States
