What can I do if my pictures in gallery all gone?

All my folders in File Manager my Asus ZenFone 2 laser was missing. And it's the important photos! What can i do to back up all my pictures folder? Thankyou...

Welcome to Android Central! Where were the pictures stored--on Internal Storage or the microSD card? Were these pictures taken by the phone's Camera app, or did you copy them to the phone from somewhere else?

Connect the phone to your computer via USB and use Windows Explorer to look around the phone's directories. Can you find them that way?
