Why wont my s3 mini won't turn on?

[AC Question]

I left my phone charging overnight and woke up around 5 am and unplugged it and went back to sleep, an hour later I wake up and feel that it's buzzing nonstop, so i decide to turn the screen on but there's no reaction from the phone, I decide to take the battery out and put it in back again. When pressing the power button on it just vibrates non stop and the screen is still off. I also tried to plug it in again and the screen never comes on but the phone continues vibrating non stop. Any help?
