    Samsung Note 3 (SM-N900V), Android 5.0, Verizon.
I suddenly lost all the customization to my home screen(s), such as icons, widgets, background, etc. (This may have occurred when I cleared cache and data for Touchwiz and Touchwiz Home, in an attempt to stop "Unfortunately, touchwiz is not responding" errors".)
Is there any way I can recover or restore my many hours of thoughtful customizations to my home screens?
In the future, how can I back-up and restore these settings if this happens again or I have to hard reset, restore, replace my phone? (Plan to upgrade in 1 month, when my contract expires, to overcome slow/freezing performance and shrinking available storage.)

Hi, no they will probably be gone for good - if you are using a custom launcher like Nova then you can backup your home screen etc
