My apps keep closing as soon as I open them. I have reset to factory setting a number of times, it seems to work okay for a little while then it starts again. I even sent it in for repair they sent it back saying it was a software issue that is fixed now, but the problem resurfaced almost immediately.
It is almost like the 'back' or 'return' button is being pressed. When I am on a webpage it keeps going to the previous page until it has reached the very first page (homepage). After this the app closes.
