I frequently pair my S5 with two Bluetooth devices, my car's audio system and my wireless headphones. Occasionally, the audio volume in my car will drop down really low, but it usually only lasts a few seconds before returning to full volume. I have never had this issue with the headphones. However, the past two days, the volume has been low on both my car's audio system and the headphones. Is there a solution to this, or is it just a quirk of Bluetooth that I will have to live with?

Just to note, the issue is NOT with the headphones nor the car's audio system. The issue is with the Bluetooth signal coming from my S5. The Bluetooth audio is set to it's highest volume.

I've tried restarting all devices, along with pairing/un-pairing them.
