I can't find a solution anywhere to fix my mobile browser

[AC Question]

I have Metro PCS and the Metro Web browser keeps displaying the "Bad request 400" error whenever I try and access my Google plus through it. I don't have any access to my Google apps because I have a Google play service error I cannot figure out how to fix either. How do I either fix the "Bad request 400" error or my Google play service error??
