    I'm at my wits' end. Mobile data on my Turbo refuses to work, I can connect to the internet over wifi only. My bills are paid, my plan is correct, I am in coverage areas (others with verizon nearby have good signal).

    So far I've:
    -cycled power
    -verified settings
    -performed a powered-on factory reset

    Is there anything else I can do? Anywhere else to look? There has to be something I can do, any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to the forums. It could be a problem with your SIM card or something wrong with your specific carrier settings. I'd recommend you to get in touch with your carrier and see if they know what the problem is. Also, you could try inserting a different SIM card and see if the problem persists.
