How can I get Buzz Launcher off my phone?

I've been trying to delete Buzz Launcher with no success.. Can't turn off Buzz launcher as administrator either.When I try, an error box pops up saying something went wrong in settings and it closed.. Can't delete it using App Store either.. I believe it is causing some major problems on my phone. Such as overheating, keyboard problems.
It first have me problems while I had it set as my default launcher. I couldn't use anything on my phone except settings. So I changed it back to my default home launcher. My phone seemed fine. Then it began overheating, keyboard issues constantly. I decided to delete it. But I cant.. I have a Samsung Note 5.

Use Safe Mode. Change you default launcher and uninstall it.

Turn on safe mode
Turn the device off.
Press and hold the Power key.
When 'Samsung Galaxy Note5' appears on the screen, release the Power key.
Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key.
Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting.
Safe mode will display in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Release the Volume down key when you see Safe Mode.

Uninstall third party applications
From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to 'Device,' then tap Applications.
Tap Application manager.
Swipe right to the DOWNLOADED screen.
Tap the desired application
Tap Uninstall.
Tap Uninstall again to confirm
