Does homeowners cover broken phone?

Of my phone is broker. Will my homeowners cover it under an other then perils endorsement?

Yes, definitely a question for your specific insurer, but I once asked my insurer (Allied) and they said no. Generally in my experience with homeowner's insurance they cover your property/structure and the bulk of possessions inside (which they value at a % of your property value). But to get specific coverage on specific items, such as artwork, jewelry, or expensive electronics, requires a specific add-on to your general policy.
