My phone screen turned black and everything has stopped working

My phone was filtrated with lots of viruses, it says that, phone setting and messaging has stopped. I then pressed the factory reset on the settings to remove the nominal apps. But then as it turned on, the screen was black and the phone still repeatedly says, "unfortunately, phone has stopped", "unfortunately, setting has stopped", and "unfortunately, messaging has stopped".

What am I gonna do now?

Hi, are you able to boot the phone into recovery mode from this position? from here you can try performing the factory reset again.
