Is it possible to take a call over bluetooth while playing music through the 3.5mm?

For instance, your playing music through an Auxiliary cable between your car and phone. But you have a bluetooth headset for calls. Is it possible to do/use both simultaneously?

If it changes anything, I'm currently using a bone stock VZW Samsung S6edge with the most current OS release.

I think it technically depends on the app, but in most (all?) cases I think the answer is no. Most music apps (all of them that I have ever used) automatically pause when a call comes in or is placed. This is built in to stop music from playing over you call, and I've never seen a option in the settings to turn this feature off.
