How can I fix my my phone?

My ZTE Z793C phone stopped working earlier this morning. It started by the screen going frantic and selecting apps and opening them without me even touching the screen. This is the second time it has done this so like the last time I kept trying to get the phone to recognize me touching the screen and it did not. I tried turning the phone off and back on multiple times and in the process dropped it. When I turned the screen back on it was completely white. Please tell me how I can fix it, or if I need to take it to a professional.

As first step remove-Reinstall the battery. If the phone work ok again

maybe it helps to Reset the settings to default. Not taking about

Factory reset, but most Phns has a setting to doThis. If Not

fixed take it to Mobile shop repair or wait for other advice

Sounds like damage from a drop or exposure to moisture, OR some other kind of hardware issiue. Of COURSE try the suggestions above, but I believe you need to have this thing repaired. Here's a link to the ZTE Support site....
