My phone is stuck restarting. It restarts then freezes then restarts again

I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 ...so my phone fell into a cup of water, so the charging port and earphone jack got all the water. I immediately removed it and sucked out the water with my mouth as fast as I could. My phone froze then turned off. Screen was black but then it vibrated and started turning on and the screen said ' Samsung Galaxy A5 powered by Android '... this screen will stay for around 40 seconds then the screen will turn black. Then it will start all over again. Each time it does this it vibrates. It is stuck and wont stop doing this. It wont turn off and it wont turn on. It has been going for 40 minutes. My phone is currently submerged in uncooked rice to absorb moisture. please help me.

Welcome to the forums. It's most likely that the water got into some of the components in the device. If you have insurance, now might be a good time to look into that.
