I deleted custom ROM by wiping the system cache. Now it's freezing at Samsung Logo splash screen

I recently rooted my Samsung Galaxy S5 and then updated it with Custom Cyanogen 13.0 using TWRP. Now the problem is, I deleted wiped the cache through boot menu. Then immediately mobile switched off and then freezing at Samsung Logo screen. Plz help me what to do. Thanq very much in advance..

Reinstall some working Samsung ROM. What you did is the equivalent of deleting everything on the hard drive of a PC, then wondering why it no longer boots.
