Hi. Phone is locked. Used fingerprints, but new update made me also select a secondary pin. I've forgotten that pin. Phone Cannot be unlocked (don't offer unlock theories, I've tried them all - believe me).
What I want to know is can I get all the info off my phone before I factory reset?
I saw in one of the forums a guy write about using a computer, Odin and some other programme (t???) and windows, something about flash, and then do a factory reset to get rid of pin that I can't remember.
This is a business phone, and it's imperative that I save the data on my phone. And stupidly no find my phone activated.
