Nokia HERE question

Hi there,

I`m using a sony xperia m4 and i downloaded Nokia HERE maps as i`m going on a trip through Europe, multiple countries including Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Hungary. I`m downloading maps right now to use them offline. However, downloading these maps by using my WIFI connection is slow as hell, takes 3 hours to download belgium alone. My question is, how do i download Nokia HERE maps to my pc (windows 7) so i can put them onto the SD card of my phone?
