How can i backup and edit my contacts from Samsung S7 to my PC?

I want to backup my contacts from my Samsung s7 to my PC and clean up my Contacts. I was using Kies 3 with my Samsung S5 but I think that Kies will not work with SamSung S7. I tried to connect many times but the Kies application will not detect my new phone. Windows detects it when I plug it into the USB port but for some reason Kies will not.

Please help.

Smart Switch can create a backup of your phone on a computer, but it doesn't allow you to manage them. It can sync your contacts to Outlook for PC so you can manage them that way.

If you have been syncing your contacts to Google for backup, you can just open contacts.google.com on your web browser on a PC and you can edit contacts there.
