Please help, This afternoon, using my samsung s6 at the top 16.9 res, I filmed my choir singing to get the movie onto my website and fb page. Got home, cabled it up and dragged the mp4s across to the pc, no problem. When I played the video full screen, after a few moments, the screen juddered and cleasrly the pc wasn't handling the film... have i made a mistake taking the video in such a high res and is there a way to fix this in case other viewers will have the same issue?

Thanks very much for your help with this.

It's possibly because you haven't the right codes on your pc. Try installing klite codec pack. If that doesn't work you will need to download a video converter to your pc and convert to a different format

Easiest way - convert the 4k video (which is what you have) into 2k video with any converter that will work. Post the output of that converter. (Since the difference at 12" between 4k and 2k video is a fraction of a degree, you'll never see the difference on the camera. Play the video on a full screen theater screen, sit in the first row, and you'll see a big difference. It's a matter of how far you are from the screen and how large the screen is. For playing on the phone, it's a gimmick [unless you've had your retinas redesigned].)
