I bought a LGG4 in January 2016 and now my battery will drain after receiving an update earlier. In speaking with the people i purchased my phone from they advised that i should have received another update to the android operating being the marshmellow . Why have I not received anything.

    Hi

Its quite possible that your carrier did not release the update for your device. If you're issue started after the previous update, as I understand it did....then you're going to need to wipe the Cache Partition on you device (if LG allows that) and if that doesn't work, you should do a factory reset of the device (I RECOMMEND THIS OPTION) after every major update (IMHO).
