Why Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary won't play sounds on Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0

We downloaded OALD on Samsung Galaxy Tablet A 8.0 but the audio for the pronunciation would not play anymore. We tried to play audio some words it played just several times then after that i won't just work. Help please!

Hi, just double check that you have all the relevant volumes turned up on the phone, not just the ringer. Failing that you could try wiping the app cache to see if that helps.
