how can i opt out from google adds which keep on popping up on my phone anytime no matter what

when my phone was not in use for a while and i open the screen it shows a popup ad. if i am busy reading a message a add will pop up etc.

Welcome to the forums. What phone do you have? It's possible that those ads are being pushed by an app that you downloaded and you need to find out which one is. The usual culprits are free games, battery boosters, cleaner or RAM managers. Many users reported similar ads coming from apps created by Cheetah Mobile, DU and GO.
