Every root method I use (KingoRoot, Odin/CF Auto-root) blacks my screen out and indefinitely displays this error message:
    RECOVERY BOOTING.....
    RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING
    Set Warranty Bit : recovery

I then have to use Odin to get my phone back to normal.
I've tried to enable OEM Unlock on my phone but I don't have the option.
Is there anything I can do?

    Welcome.
Samsung has locked their bootloaders which makes it very, very difficult, if not impossible, to root their devices.

The reactivation lock can be switched off using your Samsung account. You will need to do that before "playing". Have you seen this? Root Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F on Android 5.0 Lollipop using CF-Auto-Root - How To
