Samsung s3 neo wont charge at all!!!!!!!!!!!!plaz help

Hi i have a problem on my samsung s3neo heres the problem:btw i dont have anything instaled in my phone no apps.so last night my phone from 30 percent went down to 11 percent so i put it to charge,then i went back to sleep after i woke up it was charged to 45 percent,so i took the phone and after a couple minutes it decharged to 35 percent i didnt even use it the i used a diffrent charger,.it charged to 52 percent but didnt go higher,i tried everything rebooted it a couple times but nothing then i tried charging it again it didnt work i took the phone and after a couple minutes it decharged to 22 percent i tried charging a couplle times now but nothing it charges max to 24 percent and thats it,the battery isnt damage,please help i cant even use my phone because of this,this is the first time this happend,o and if youre reading please post a comment dont just read this and go away i really need help,right now im trying to charge it again.

Go to settings>battery>clear data .
See if this works
