Why is Verizon Cloud my only option for adding ringtone now?

So I downloaded a new ringtone on my new Galaxy S7. When I clicked on the "Add ringtone from device storage" it gave me 2 options to choose from: Verizon Cloud and soundpicker. I didn't know what my ringtone would be under so I picked cloud. Welp, it wasn't there. So I went back and when I clicked on the add ringtone from device storage button again, it just took me straight to my cloud. How do I get it to show both options again so that I can choose soundpicker??
