My Nexus 5X is not turning on!!!!!

Hello everyone, my 3-4 month old Nexus 5X has been working as smooth as a charm. Although recently, My battery was low, and the phone shut down by itself. After about 20 minutes I realised and tried to turn it on... The process WAS running smoothly, but the phone wouldn't progress from the 4 dots animation... the animations Is still ongoing at the moment, there are vibrations every 10 seconds and the screen turns light and dark... please reply asap and ask any questions I find missed out!!
