S7 edge- samsung pay wont work, as well as android pay. Please help.

My samsung pay was working fine. Then i lost the debit card on it. So i ordered a new one. Since then no cards work on my samsung pay or android pay on this phone, but works perfectly fine on my grandpas s7. Ive cleared cache. Updated security certificates. Factory reset. Even a software reflash and none of that worked. Samsung pay customer care took me thru all that as well. Same result wont accept my card. Any one know of this?
