Why did my scrolling screen shot stop working for text message converations?

For month and months after 1st getting my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 I was able to open a text messaging conversation, pull out my S Pen, select Write Screen, once 1st screen was Captured, I then could hit the bottom left corner screen button that said "Capture More" and it would continue to capture as much of the convention I wanted it to until I then hit "DONE" and then hit "Save to Gallery" and my scrolling screen shot of my text message conversation was stored in my Galaxy for future reference. Now it seems like after the last update to my cell, I can no longer do this. WHY? HELP! PLEASE!
