Screen won't light up. Dropped in water. Samsung galaxy S6

[AC Question]

I dropped my phone in water. The phone works but the screen doesn't light up. Is this repairable?
(I know the phone works because I can blindly dial phone numbers and the phone makes noise.)

If you still have the warranty just go to the nearest sammy store and have it repaired. If not,don't try it to repair it yourself,you'll crack your screen or do something else. Go to a repair store and pay for it.

If the water was shallow, there might be impact damage as well as any water damage.
