I have looked for answers and people keep assuming that others that have had the same problem and they only turned their ringer volume down. However, I go into sound settings and manually turn off all sound media, ringer, notifications, system etc. but when I get an ad in say Subway Surfers, or Bejeweled, or several other games and apps the volume will be turned up automatically when the ad starts playing. Is this the ad somehow accessing my volume controls and forcing the volume or is this a function of the phones system to automatically turn on the volume when an ad or video plays. I specifically use a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge. Is there anyway to stop this from happening.
