Why doesn't kies accept my s/n? galaxy s6

[AC Question]

I bricked my phone and need kies to recover it but it won't accept the serial number.

I found my serial # through the box and samsung website so i'm 100% sure it's correct.

Because your binary is now custom wich means Samsung does not have any obligations to help you. ( you voided your warranty).
