I have had my sony xperia m4 aqua phone since last november and i have had some storage problems. The internal storage is full and i have an sd car in the phone so i should be able to transfer my apps, pictures etc over to the card but the phone doesnt let me. I can move a few apps over but only social media apps and a few games. I have to uninstall a lot of apps just to free some space. Please help

No, apps are meant to run from internal memory. The SD card is primarily for media. You may be able to move over some small part of an app to SD card but that's about it. Unfortunately, your device's internal memory is only 8 GB with approximately half of that allocated to the OS which means there is little you can do.
