Why S Voice is not functioning as earlier/ after the new update?

[AC Question]

I am using a Galaxy S6 phone and it was pretty good and very user friendly, but after the recent OS update, the system completely changed and specially S Voice it not responding to the command as earlier. Is there any new setting or any special updates for this? if not how can I get the previous settings / OS.
It really disappointing me, please help me

Hi

There are 2 options, hopefully the first one works:

1. Enter Recovery and Wipe the Cache Partition. (no data loss)
2. Do a full factory reset of the device. (phone as new, back up important data.)
