Charging problem in s4, it is keep on saying deck is connected

when i connect my samsung s4 with a charger , it does not get charged. and at times it keeps on saying deck is connected . please help with this problem as soon as possible .

Hi, have you tried using a different charger, does the problem remain?

Use a different cable, power block, and outlet. If possible try a different battery.
