Hey everyone we have a M8S Android box and the sound keeps cutting in and out?

is there a setting that maybe missing or a repo that could be causing the issue?
Does anyone know how to fix this we are running the 16.1 jarvis if that matters?
when trying to watch any movies or tv shows the sound cuts in and out?
We have reset to factory defaults and reloaded the repos but are still experiencing the distortion? Does anyone know how to fix this issue? when we first had it set up it worked fine. Then we lost all the sound reloaded and now its cutting in and out. We tried numerous help fix videos on youtube and nothing has seemed to fix it? does anyone know where to find a solution for this. When it worked the box was awesome.

Hi - I'd suggest speaking to the place that you bought the device from, it could be faulty.
