can't connect to pc or fast charge on galaxy s6

[AC Question]

My phone will not fast charge anymore or connect to my PC. I've tried different chargers that were all samsung chargers and i've also done a factory reset. I tried updating the firmware as i'm still running 5.0.2, but that leads me to my second issue. The system update button is not working so i'm pretty much stuck. Any help would be much appreciated.
