cant get my headset to charge

[AC Question]

when I plug the charger up, it stay red for about 2 minutes, the goes to blue, when I unplug it from the charger the blue light goes out and it never want to pair with my S6 phone

Hi, can you return the headset to where you bought it from? was it working before or has this always been the case?
