why quickcircle locks screen when case is on back?

hello,

i have a lg g4 with quickcircle case.
case works ok.

i wan't to play a game and i put the cover at the back, over the camera - circle is over the camera/volume buttons.
but the case locks the screen and i can't play my game???

is there a setting ?
is the case faulty ?

Welcome to the forums. What game are you trying to play? Does this happen with any other app?

it doesn't matter the game. i just gave an example as to use phone when cover is on back.

the screen is supposed to lock when case is on screen and quickcircle feature to work.
the screen locks even when case cover is on back and screen is not covered.
probably is something magnetic.

anyone with this case has this problem?
