[AC Question]

Just got this new phone. Having some problems:

1) I set a ringtone, and set to vibrate; phone receives call, vibrates but does not ring
does anyone know why?

2) Called Tracfone to add Airtime Card. Added, and told to leave phone on to receive minutes. I have no idea if I have received them. Where do you find your Airtime Minutes Total and Days Remaining? I can find nothing like this anywhere.

Hi, first point - have you made sure all volumes are turned up?
Second point, speak to your service provider - they'll be able to assist you better.
